The 2025 GPPSD Employee Wellness Professional Learning Day will take place on Friday, February 28th. Registration will open Friday, January 31st at 8:30a.m. and will close Tuesday, February 11th at midnight. Requirements:
All Staff are required to attend the Morning Gathering at the Composite High School from 8:15-9:30, this will automatically be added to your schedule.
All Staff must register for and attend two breakout sessions between 10:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. You have the option of registering for a third session or using any one of the session times for a lunch break. *Please only register for sessions you will attend as space in each session is limited*

All sessions have limited capacities and registration is first come, first served. You are encouraged to register as soon as possible. Once a session is full, you will have the option to be added to a waitlist but must still register for 2 sessions.
Winter Hike to Lost Lake lead by Triple Terrain Trekkers Enjoy a winter hike and get to know the local trail system. Triple Terrain trekkers will lead participants on a hike to Lost Lake. The hike will begin at 10:00a.m. participants can expect the walk to the lake to take approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Once at the lake you will take a short break to enjoy the views and eat your packed lunch, then will begin the 1 hour, 15-minute walk back. Total session time is 3 hours, participants can expect to be back at the trailhead by 1:00p.m. * Participants are encouraged to pack a light lunch to enjoy at the lake. * Reminder: wear appropriate clothing and footwear for a winter hike

Location: Meet at the Lost Lake Trail Head just south of PARDS (Head towards Evergreen Park, south down Resources Road, take a left at the lights after you pass Wedgewood, go across the tracks heading East past Evergreen park, The road will turn to gravel and you will come to a T, PARDS is on the right and the Trail Head is on the left.)
